A few people have told me that keto diets are ridiculous and I shouldn't waste money to have someone figure out my macros. Little do they know that a keto diet is different for people who have had WLS. Even I didn't know that! Just finished my 1:1 with Crystal Gibson and it was definitely better than I expected. Can't wait to make a keto lifestyle change instead of just following a diet for a few weeks and most likely gaining all the weight back!
Anyone who's having doubts about keto, definitely do the 1:1 with a trainer! You’ll get your macros and if you’re having issues, you can always consult the trainers. It’s so worth it. I also did bariatric keto reset recently and it really helped me reevaluate my relationship with food and helped me set myself up to conquer the times I feel the need to cheat. - Melissa Masserant Palombo

This was needed! I’ve seen so many saying they are gaining on keto and know it must be mainstream keto. I may be a slow loser, but I’ve lost an additional 51 lbs since starting this way of eating and I’m 1 year and 9 months out. It works if you commit! - Heather Thacker

I cannot say THANK YOU enough for this program!!!! I am on day 8 of Reset #1 and down 10lbs. I was starting to gain and couldn’t figure out what to do to get things moving the other direction until Bariatric Keto Reset. It’s giving me a whole new way to understand my tool and using my head to clean out all that junk!!! If anyone is debating whether to do the program, don’t wait anymore. Make that commitment and DO IT!!!! I cannot wait until the end to see my final result. - Dana Hardy💪❤️😁
Finally have my rings back on my finger! Wore them on a necklace and sent them to be resized! Dropped from a size 10 to a size 7!   Melissa
The training is absolutely worth it. I’m 3 yrs post op RNY, been sitting at goal all this time....but wanted and *needed* to feel better. I needed a refresher course in proper Bariatric eating. And I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist...The added bonus is the 1:1 session goes beyond the hour-long meeting! Lots of support in the private 1:1 only FB group. Support (that I KNOW I need!) and encouraging like-minded Post Ops help each other. For me, it’s been a very good experience. I was WAAAYYY off on portions and macros!! I hope you buy the 1:1 session. ❤ - Sabrina Beauchamp

Saw my dietician today. As I was asking questions, she told me to google Keto eating for bariatric patients as that is basically what my diet consists of. She feels the lower fat version of Keto is the perfect fit for post surgery patients...I am so happy I have been following the ideas from this group as I feel I am already ahead of the game!

"I genuinely appreciate how Mary Beth Filer, Jessica Foriest, Elyse Beth, and others are so open and honest with legitimate health information!! I was skeptical about the "keto fad", but I FINALLY feel like I found the support of like-minded people in this journey! This is exactly what I need! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"Keep calm and keto on, my bariatric friends. I'm entering mos 6. Hairs are sprouting on my head again, I'm feeling good... Size 16 to size 8 so far. I can walk miles in comparison to blocks. I learned how to do makeup on my new face shape (because it has changed dramatically). I wore those sexy gym leggings for the first time... size medium. Too many NSVs to name! "

My husband and I have finished our resets! I'm so blessed to have found you ladies! The journey is just beginning but for the first time in three years I feel hope. I'm down 16.8 pounds. For any ladies on the fence, this is a great program and worth every head hungry. Also, the support is amazing. We couldn't have done this without you wonderful group of ladies!

" I have to say again how much I love bariketo. I went to a support group my doctor hosts and saw an old coworker who had also had WLS a couple of years ago. She couldn’t believe the results I have had and how close to goal I am after just 5 months. I never would have made it this far without this program. "

"So a huge thing happened for me today....
Today I’ve officially lost 100 lbs! It still seems odd to me that 100 lbs of fat is gone from my body, because I still struggle seeing that it’s gone most days! But I’m very proud of myself, and some days I even feel beautiful! Yesterday was one of those days, hence the picture. 😊
I am so thankful that I chose WLS and that I’ve chosen Bariatric Keto moving forward!" 💛

"I was totally skeptical about buying the plan. I thought about it for several days before finally making my purchase. I am still very new to this as I am only one week into my reset and I don’t have my 1:1 till this evening. This reset has definitely taken me back to the way I felt post surgery. My cravings are gone, my aches and pains are gone and I am not hungry in the least bit. I am 5’7 and currently at 181.2. I am 4 1/2 years post VSG trying to work on a 40-45 pound regain which was brought on by old eating habits creeping back in and failure on my part to stay active. So far, this plan seems to be working for me better than any other reset or plan I have tried."

"Day 14 today. What a great two weeks the first few days were hard but this has been amazing and just what I needed. All my bad eating habits and cravings seem to be back on the back burner. I go to see my doctor and nutritionist Wednesday and will get a weight. But I feel great my pants are loose again so I don’t even care about the weight number. Thank you all for this. This keto lifestyle has just begun and I’m excited to continue. If anyone is having doubts or like me after day 2 I didn’t think I could do it. You can and u are worth it!!! We are all human we all fall back we all make decisions we regret and we all fail. But we can all pick our selves up and remember why we did this to begin with. I will not go back to where I was."

I'm doing it, I'm finally doing it!!! I started keto April 24th weighing 147lbs. I stepped on the scale today probably about 50 times to make sure what I was seeing was in fact correct. I cannot believe this! I never in my life time thought I would get down to this weight. Before keto, junk food crept back into my life. I was a carb addict all over again and my weight was slowly creeping back up. Scared with so many emotions, I took the plunge and cut it all out. Some days are harder, especially when I just want that;  but then its moments like this that keep me going. It's hard, its frustrating, it can be time consuming, but ITS SO FIG📷📷O📷T📷 IT!!!! 📷❤📷❤📷❤📷❤WE GOT THIS LADIES!!!
